Quasar Character Studio Terms and Conditions

These Terms explain the conditions for using Quasar, paying for creative features, sharing characters and resolving problems. Read them before registering or buying tokens, and keep a copy for your records.

1 Who operates the service

Quasar Character Studio is a product operated under the registered business name Kreisler Technologies (ABN 16 473 804 591), a sole trader business based in Victoria, Australia. In these Terms, “Quasar”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator trading under that registered name. Contact: support@auth.quasarcharacterstudio.com.

Postal correspondence: Kreisler Technologies, Suite 1208, 530 Little Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia. This is a correspondence address, not a visitor location.

These Terms govern your Quasar account, character creation, image tools, downloads, public pages and any token purchases. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. A Privacy Policy acknowledgement is not blanket consent to every possible use of your information.

By creating an account or confirming a purchase after these Terms are presented to you, you agree to them. Specific pack descriptions and promotion conditions displayed before you commit also apply. Mandatory rights under applicable law prevail over inconsistent wording.

2 Age and account eligibility

You must be at least 16 to register or use the creation tools. If you are 16 or 17, review these Terms with a parent or guardian and obtain their approval before making purchases. Obtain any further permission required by the law where you live. We may restrict access while we check a genuine concern about age or account ownership. At sign-up, confirm that you are 16 or older. We do not ask for your date of birth or an age band. This is a self-declaration, not identity-document verification.

Give accurate account information, use an email address you control, protect your sign-in details and tell us promptly about unauthorised access. Use a payment method only with the account holder’s permission. Do not share accounts to evade allowances, suspensions or limits. You are responsible for activity you authorise; this does not make you automatically liable for losses caused by our security failures.

3 What Quasar provides

Quasar is a non-sexual creative tool for fictional characters. It offers guided Simple and Deep builds, one-click generation, suggestions, portraits, character files and associated creator and character pages. Available features and included allowances are described in the interface.

AI can produce errors, repeated ideas or material that does not match your intention. Review names, facts, images and exported files before using or publishing them. Outputs are fictional creative material, not professional advice or verified statements about real people. Safety controls can refuse or restrict a request; buying tokens does not guarantee that every request can be fulfilled.

We aim to provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Maintenance, provider outages and security incidents can interrupt availability. Beta and private-test labels describe the development stage and do not remove consumer rights.

4 Prices tokens and included allowances

Before a chargeable action or purchase, the interface identifies the price or token cost and the applicable free allowances. A character build can consume tokens when you confirm its start, before final files are ready. Image charges and included images are separate entitlements unless expressly bundled. Check the confirmation for the action you are authorising.

Tokens are account credits for Quasar features. They are not money, cryptocurrency, an investment or a right to cash earnings. They cannot be traded or transferred unless we expressly offer that facility. A token purchase is a one-off purchase unless a separate recurring plan is clearly offered and accepted.

Paid tokens have no time-based expiry under these Terms. We will not retrospectively shorten the life of tokens you have bought. Changes to future prices, pack totals or promotion terms will be shown before a new purchase. Any different expiry for a new free promotion must be disclosed before you claim it and comply with applicable law.

Where the interface says “Simulate purchase” or “Private testing — no money charged”, that action is a test grant, not a real payment. Test grants do not establish that live payments are available and do not count as paid purchases for referral rewards. We may correct test-grant errors with notice without removing valid paid entitlements.

Any live checkout must show its currency, total price, applicable taxes and mandatory charges before you confirm. We do not ask you to send payment-card details through prompts or the contact form.

5 Errors refunds and consumer rights

Australian Consumer Law and other applicable laws may give you guarantees and remedies that cannot be excluded, including remedies for a service that is not supplied with due care and skill or does not meet an applicable guarantee. Depending on the problem, those remedies can include correction, cancellation, a refund or compensation. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

If tokens are wrongly debited, a paid action fails, a pack is missing or a duplicate charge appears, contact support@auth.quasarcharacterstudio.com with the date, account email and relevant transaction or character identifier. Do not send full card details. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by law. We may also restore credits or repeat an action where appropriate and acceptable to you.

Changing your mind about a successful creation is different from a service defect. Contact us about unused purchased tokens; we will assess the request fairly under the purchase circumstances and applicable law. These Terms do not impose an absolute “no refunds” rule.

If your local law provides cancellation or withdrawal rights, those rights apply. We will obtain any separate request or acknowledgement the law requires before immediate performance affects those rights. Accepting these Terms alone does not waive them. A lawful refund can reverse the refunded purchase’s unused credits and related promotional rewards, with an explanation of the adjustment.

6 Referrals and coupons

Each eligible new verified account that joins using your referral code gives you and that account a one-use coupon for 25% extra tokens. Each further eligible referral adds another coupon to your wallet. A coupon applies to any eligible token-pack purchase, with one coupon per checkout. Coupons do not stack and do not discount the price in cash.

You also receive a token reward equal to 10% of each referred account’s first 10 qualifying, confirmed token-pack purchases, including its first purchase. The 10-purchase count is separate for each referred account. There is no overall referral-count limit.

Percentages use the full pack token total, including built-in pack bonuses, and exclude referral extras and free images. Each bonus or reward rounds up to the next multiple of 50 tokens. For example, 10% of a 250-token pack is 25 tokens, which rounds up to a 50-token referral reward.

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fabricated identities, automated sign-ups and unsolicited bulk invitations do not qualify. Refunded or reversed purchases reverse associated promotional rewards and do not restart the first-10-purchases count. We may investigate suspected abuse and correct affected rewards, explain the reason and let you request review. Future changes will not retrospectively remove legitimately earned rewards.

7 Your content and generated output

You retain your rights in content you provide. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit text, photographs, likenesses and other references and to authorise their processing by our service providers. Do not upload another person’s private information, images or protected work without a lawful basis and the necessary permissions. Do not misrepresent AI-generated material as genuine evidence about a real person or remove a legally required AI-origin disclosure.

As between you and Quasar, you own any rights we hold in the output generated for you, to the extent ownership is legally possible, and we assign those rights to you. You may use that output personally or commercially subject to applicable law and third-party rights. AI output may lack copyright protection or resemble other output. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright registration or clearance of trademarks, likenesses or other rights.

You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, format and transmit your submitted content and output only as reasonably needed to provide the features you request, secure and moderate the service, resolve support issues and comply with law. We may authorise our providers to perform those tasks. This is not a general licence to sell your private characters, publish them without your choice or use them in advertising.

When you choose to make a character Public, the licence includes displaying the selected presentation and portrait to visitors and enabling its offered sharing features. Making it Private ends future public display through Quasar, subject to ordinary technical processing and copies already obtained elsewhere. It does not retract third-party downloads, screenshots or search-engine copies. Separate permission is needed for unrelated promotional use.

8 Public profiles sharing and external services

Your creator profile can be publicly accessible by username and can display your chosen bio, avatar, join date, public characters and published reviews. A Private character setting controls that character’s page; it does not make the creator profile private. Use a pseudonym and avoid publishing your real name, school, location or contact details unless you intend them to be public.

You control whether eligible character pages are Public or Private. Sharing or importing downloaded files into Wollo or another service sends or exposes them under that service’s rules. Quasar is independent of Wollo. Third-party acceptance, import fidelity, continued availability and content rules can change.

Quasar’s branding, interface, software and other service materials remain ours or our licensors’. Your ownership of a character does not transfer ownership of the platform.

9 Acceptable use and safety

Use Quasar lawfully. Do not create, upload or share child sexual exploitation material, pornography, non-consensual intimate imagery, unlawful impersonation, doxxing, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, credible threats, instructions facilitating serious crime, graphic exploitative violence or material that infringes another person’s rights. Do not use a fictional character as a pretext to harm a real person.

Fictional villains, conflict, horror and non-graphic romance can be legitimate creative subjects. Material must remain suitable for the audience able to access it and within the service’s safety limits. Do not direct age-inappropriate material at under-18s or bypass age restrictions or safety controls.

Do not attack the service, scrape private data, introduce malware, bypass access controls, manipulate ratings or referrals, or use automated activity that harms availability. Reasonable security research should avoid accessing other people’s content; report a suspected vulnerability privately.

Report harmful content or an infringement to support@auth.quasarcharacterstudio.com with the relevant URL, a short explanation and your contact details. Do not attach illegal imagery. We may use automated and human review, remove or restrict material and comply with lawful requests. You can ask us to review a restriction.

10 Deleting content and closing an account

Deleting a character requires a named confirmation and is permanent. It removes the saved character content and associated Quasar portrait and public page through our deletion process. It does not automatically refund tokens or free allowances already used; statutory refund rights still apply.

Deletion can retain limited accounting, security, name-allocation and deletion-prevention records. The Privacy Policy explains retention and provider copies. Clear local drafts removes device-held drafts; it does not close your account or necessarily erase cloud-held information. Downloaded files and copies imported elsewhere remain under your control in those locations.

To request account closure or removal of personal information, contact support@auth.quasarcharacterstudio.com. We verify ownership and explain any records we must retain. Download files you want to keep before requesting deletion.

11 Restrictions changes and service closure

We may proportionately restrict access to address a serious breach of these Terms, fraud, a security threat, a legal requirement or a material risk of harm. Where practicable, we will explain the reason, give an opportunity to correct the problem and provide a review route. Urgent protection can require action first.

A suspension does not automatically forfeit every paid credit. We will consider the reason, the affected transaction and any legal right to a refund. We will not confiscate unrelated paid balances as a penalty.

For a material change to these Terms, we will give reasonable advance notice by an appropriate in-service message or email and explain when it takes effect. Necessary urgent legal or security changes may take effect sooner, with notice when practicable. Changes do not retrospectively reduce accrued consumer rights or paid entitlements.

If a change materially reduces a paid service or we permanently discontinue it, we will offer a reasonable opportunity to export available files and an appropriate remedy for unused prepaid services, including a refund where required. You may stop using the service and contact us about affected paid entitlements.

12 Responsibility and disputes

Each party is responsible for its own conduct under applicable law. Review output before relying on it, keep copies of important files and take reasonable steps to avoid preventable loss. This does not remove our responsibility for failures to meet our legal obligations.

We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, fraud or other non-excludable liability. We do not require you to indemnify us for our own negligence or waive rights to approach a court, tribunal or regulator.

Contact support@auth.quasarcharacterstudio.com or write to our postal correspondence address so we can try to resolve a concern. We aim to respond substantively within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires. You may seek help from Consumer Affairs Victoria or another appropriate authority without waiting where necessary.

Victorian and applicable Australian law govern these Terms. Courts and tribunals of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of mandatory protections or the right to bring proceedings in a place permitted by the law where you live.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent possible. A future transfer of the business will respect applicable privacy law and your existing paid entitlements. We will identify a new operator, notify you and obtain agreement where needed; a name change alone does not transfer a contract.
