Data deletion instructions

Request account or personal-data deletion

To request deletion of your Quasar account, personal information, or data associated with a Facebook sign-in, contact Quasar using the request route below.

1. Use the subject Data deletion request.
2. Provide your Quasar account email and, if known, your username. Tell us whether you want your whole account deleted or only specific information.
3. If your request concerns Facebook sign-in, mention Facebook and the email used with Quasar. Do not send your Facebook password, sign-in codes or identity documents.

We may need to verify account ownership before acting. Submitting a request does not immediately delete your account. We will respond using the email address you provide.

You can also use Contact us in the studio footer. Include the same subject and details.

Delete an individual character

1. Open My Characters in the studio.
2. Select the character’s delete control, or open its profile and choose Delete.
3. Check the character’s name, then choose Delete permanently.

This permanently removes that character, its saved draft, associated saved portraits and its Quasar public page. It cannot be undone. Previously used tokens and allowances are not refunded.

Downloaded files and copies imported into Wollo or other services remain in those locations. Delete those copies separately.

What a data request covers

Tell us if your request includes profile information, saved characters and drafts, portraits, public character pages, connected sign-in information, or previous contact messages. We will confirm the outcome and explain any records that must be retained, and why.

Deleting a character alone does not delete your account, account email or transaction records. Clear local drafts only clears drafts on that device; it does not close your account or remove cloud-saved data.

Disconnect Facebook

If Quasar is listed in your Facebook Apps and websites settings, you can remove its access there. Removing that connection does not itself delete information already saved in Quasar. Submit a data deletion request above as well.
